Completing Google Gemini For Workplace Certification offers SEO’s a New Toolset To Their Arsenal

Today I completed the “Gemini for Google Workspace” course offered valuable insights into how Gemini as a Large Language Model (LLM) can further refine my approach with SEO. Here are the key learnings that you can learn from it, and streamline your SEO practice and generic workflows.

How To Create Effective Prompts In LLMS and Gemini

First they give give a framework called PARTS – Persona, Aim, Recipient, Tone and Structure to make prompts. An effective prompt should encompass the following five key elements:

1. Establish Your Role – Persona

Begin by clearly identifying your role or persona in the context of the request. This provides the AI with valuable background information to better understand and address your needs.

2. State Your Objective – Aim

Explicitly define the aim or desired outcome of your request. This helps the AI assistant focus its response on achieving your specific goal.

3. Specify the Target Audience – Recipient

Provide details about the intended recipients or audience for the AI’s output. This could include their age, knowledge level, interests, or any other relevant characteristics. This is interesting for deeper creation and of blogs and various buyer personas.

4. Describe the Desired Style and Parameters – Tone

Guide the AI on the appropriate style, tone, and any related parameters for its response. This could involve using a casual or formal voice, adhering to a specific word count, or incorporating particular references or themes. (Note – At the time of writing, Gemini does not adhere correctly to word nor character count).

5. Specify the Output Format – Structure

Finally, indicate the desired format for the AI’s output. This could be bullet points, code snippets, emojis, metaphors, analogies, sketches, graphs, quizzes, or games. Providing this structure helps the AI present its response in the most effective and engaging manner.
