Vegen Trinxat is a traditional dish from the Pyrenees, particularly Andorra with potatoes, cabbage, and pork, reflecting the region’s Catalan heritage. The name “Trinxat” means “mashed” or “chopped,” which is derived from the Catalan word “trinxar,” meaning “to slice.” The dish is essentially a pancake made from mashed potatoes and cabbage, fried with garlic and olive oil, and garnished with crispy bacon slices.
A vegetarian muffuletta is signature components of sesame bread, marinated muffuletta-style olive salad, and layers of various Italian cold cuts and cheeses. It’s a US, New Orleans dish. Home made 😀
